Delete Your ArogyaSync Account

Delete in the mobile app

1. Sign in to ArogyaSync.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm deletion.

The app permanently deletes your account and personal data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in, email our Data Protection Officer from the address associated with your account. Include your account email and hospital or organization so we can verify the request securely.

What is deleted

• Your user account, credentials, profile details, and active device sessions.
• Push-notification tokens and other personal settings linked to your account.
• Other personal data that is not subject to a lawful retention requirement.

Data that may be retained

Clinical records, security logs, and audit records may be retained when required for patient safety or by healthcare, contractual, tax, security, or other applicable laws. Retained records are access-controlled and deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
