Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ArogyaSync provides AI-powered clinical monitoring infrastructure including edge device firmware, cloud APIs, hospital dashboards, and device management tools. The service is sold to healthcare institutions, not individual patients.

2. Eligibility

ArogyaSync services are available to registered healthcare facilities. Each facility must designate an administrative contact responsible for user management and compliance with local regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer the OCR pipeline, tamper with device firmware outside of authorized OTA channels, or circumvent authentication and authorization mechanisms. Automated scraping of clinical data endpoints is prohibited.

4. Data Ownership

Clinical data remains the property of the subscribing hospital and its patients. ArogyaSync acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of clinical records.

5. Limitation of Liability

ArogyaSync is a monitoring aid, not a diagnostic device. Clinical decisions must be made by licensed medical professionals. ArogyaSync shall not be liable for clinical outcomes based on data presented through the platform.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the hospital may request a full data export. ArogyaSync will purge all hospital-specific data within 90 days of termination.
